The simplest and most effective way to use essential oils

Using an essential oil inhaler is quite simple and can be done in just a few steps:

1. Open the inhaler : Many inhalers come in two parts, an upper part that fits into the lower part. Open the top of the inhaler so that you can access the inner cushion.
2. Add Essential Oil: Place 3 to 5 drops of the essential oil of your choice on the inner pad. It is important to remember that essential oils are very concentrated, so a few drops will be enough to provide a pleasant aroma.
3. Assemble the inhaler: Fit the top part of the inhaler to the bottom and make sure it is secure.
4. Inhale : bring the inhaler up to your nose and inhale deeply. Repeat as many times as you like. Essential oil inhalers are portable and can be used anywhere.
