Pharma grade vegetable glycerin
Vegetable glycerin is a self-preserving natural ingredient that attracts and retains moisture. It is highly hygroscopic, soluble in water, transparent, viscous, odorless and has a sweet taste. It can be used in any water-based product, shampoo, gel, micellar water, tonics and in the aqueous phase of any emulsion. It will give softness and flexibility.
Vegetable glycerin is water-soluble, so it is added to the aqueous phase of any preparation. It can be heated if necessary. It delays the evaporation of water from our formula, keeping it viscous for longer and improving its shelf life. You should use between 5% and 10%.
