As the name implies, white beeswax is manufactured by bees. It is obtained by melting the walls of the panels with hot water and physical filtration is carried out to remove particles and organic remains from the hive. It is solid at room temperature. Provides consistency and thick texture in creams, ointments and lip balms. It is very emollient, forms a protective film on the skin, which is waterproofed to ensure hydration.
White beeswax comes in small whitish pearls and has no scent. It melts at temperatures between 62 and 65oC. It can be used in food (E-901), cosmetics and beekeeping.
